Job Function
Provide technical and professional leadership regarding applicable HSE regulations and issues specifically for the plant, but also throughout the corporation and ensure regulatory and corporate compliance via established auditing processes and risk analysis.

Manage HSE projects and programs in a cost-effective manner.
Participate as an auditor in the Corporate HSE audit program.
Attend training and seminars necessary to maintain proficiency in EHS/HSE/SHE skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements
HSE - Health, Safety, Environmental and Risk Manager for Metal Manufacturing
Bachelors Degree, Occupational Health & Safety major preferred, however BS in Engineering or Business related discipline will be acceptable with the proper experience.
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) is desirable.
Minimum five years manufacturing environment experience, preferably as an HSE Manager or HSE Director or leading Environmental and Safety effort in a metallic, steel or heavy industry in a safety capacity.
Expert knowledge of OSHA, EPA & NFPA requirements and local and state regulations are a must.

Reviews Corporate/Facility exception-based reports, records, and/or systems to identify possible loss of Company assets. Directs the review and evaluation of asset protection systems to include electronic article surveillance, use of closed circuit TV, mirrors, door seal programs, Traccess Trailer locks, card access, and other programs.
Maintains proper operation of fire sprinkler systems, fire and burglar alarms, closed circuit camera systems, electronic trailer locks, and other security devices to ensure effective protection of employees, company assets and physical properties.
Supervises the monitoring of all traffic entering and exiting the facility including secured areas. Conducts periodic inspections/audits of off-site storage facilities.
Conducts individual and group training sessions to educate Facility employees in regards to the Company's and Facility's goals and objectives including the awareness of Asset Protection programs.
Communicates with product vendors, courier services, DEA, OSHA, local Law Enforcement, and local Fire Departments.
Prepares comprehensive, timely, and detailed case reports on all inquiries, interviews, and surveys on which appropriate Company personnel can take corrective action or implement policy changes.
Appears as a witness and gives depositions or direct testimony at criminal trials, unemployment compensation hearings, EEOC hearings, arbitration hearings, and other similar legal proceedings.
Manages Asset Protection Officers and schedules their shifts. Reviews Incident reports submitted by Asset Protection Officers to ensure they meet with department standards.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma / GED and at least 1 year of experience as an asset protection officer or equivalent (such as a security officer, guard, etc.)
Knowledge of Distribution Center and Transportation operations
Knowledge of developments in the security industry that relate to role responsibilities/functions of asset protection

1. Knowledge of the penal code with regards to domestic violence, gender issues, the application of the rule of law.

Each global Edward Jones branch office is run by a Financial Advisor with the support of the Branch Office Administrator and our headquarters locations in St. Louis and Tempe. Here's a more detailed look at your day:
Client Service:
Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do. In providing excellent client service you will:
Prepare for appointments
Provide market information or quotes to clients
Respond to client inquiries on administrative questions
Office Administration:
Assisting the Financial Advisor in managing the branch office to exceed firm, client and regulatory expectations includes:
Effective communications with the Financial Advisor
Management of phone calls and walk-in clients
Ordering supplies and processing expenses
Account Processing:
Ensuring client accounts are processed accurately and efficiently is crucial to satisfying clients. Activities include:
Opening, closing and transferring accounts
Processing trade and other transactions
Processing retirement or estate accounts
Business Development:
BOAs must support the Financial Advisor in developing the branch through:
Mailings for marketing
Follow up with prospective clients and clients
Implementing client seminars and promoting credit card services.
Self Development:
BOAs have the opportunity and are expected to take advantage of developmental opportunities. Examples include:

Job Description
We have an opening for a Custodian in our Lowell, Massachusetts facility. We are seeking a reliable individual to perform janitorial and general maintenance duties. This is a part-time position that pays $10 per hour. The hours are Monday-Friday, from 9:00AM - 2:00PM.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* General cleaning of all work areas of the building: offices, truck bay, guards' room, restrooms, CVS, and building exterior.
* Floor stripping & waxing as scheduled.
* Some painting will be required.
* Checking for safety hazards and report/repair deficiencies.
* Maintaining exterior of building in clean and safe condition: cutting grass, pruning shrubbery, shoveling/salting walkways, repairing items as needed.
