GPS Manufacturer/Distributor POSITION SUMMARY: With minimal leadership and tactical supervision, the IT Security Analyst will collaborate with staff, IT colleagues, and other stakeholders to maintain information confidentiality, integrity, and availability in accordance with information security policies to meet the operational & strategic needs of Garmin. Research and provide forward-looking ideas in the realms of information security for strategic planning purposes; monitor advancements in information security technologies. Act as a technical resource for the Security Incident Response Team. Cross-train appropriately members of the infrastructure team in the areas of security support. Solve problems quickly and/or escalate to appropriate person(s) as needed.
