The attorney in this position will work on a wide variety of both sophisticated and routine legal matters, including contracts, employment, and litigation in the support of various business operations. This individual will structure, draft, review, negotiate and counsel business personnel on a broad range of commercial transactions, including leases, license agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), consulting agreements, vendor, and service agreements. The attorney will be expected to counsel business personnel on employment law matters and to possible handle Federal and state administrative agency claims. The attorney may also handle compliance initiatives and research regulatory issues, handle pre-litigation legal disputes and resolve legal issues arising from commercial relationships.

Security Officer Basic Qualifications:
· Hospital is experience is a plus, but is not required
· Candidate must be customer service oriented!
